My Moment of Realization

I spent decades building. First in corporate. Then in network marketing. I helped teams grow. I ran systems. I coached people to succeed. And while I loved the work—I slowly realized something was missing.

It wasn’t mine. I was building under someone else’s brand, on someone else’s land. Even when I was succeeding, there was this quiet voice whispering,
"Is this really it?"

I ignored it at first. Dismissed it as ego. Or impatience. Or midlife restlessness.

But the truth was deeper.
I didn’t want to borrow anymore. I didn’t want to shape myself around someone else’s container. I wanted to own the thing I was building—with my name on it.

Then came the moment I’ll never forget:
I was coaching someone—encouraging them to go all-in on their dream.
And it hit me:
Why was I giving others permission I hadn’t given myself?

That day, I drew a line in the sand.

I retired the brand name I’d been hiding behind.
I stepped into my own name.
And I started creating something that finally reflected my values, my voice, and my vision.

It was bold. It was scary. It was the best decision I ever made.

And now, it’s the foundation of everything I teach.
